Bobby Conner

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Conner was previously Chief Financial Officer at Wayfinder Resources, and prior to its merger with Wayfinder Resources, Prime Rock Resources, where he was responsible for development and execution of all financial, business development, marketing and legal aspects of the company’s Anadarko Basin, Austin Chalk and Delaware Basin strategies. Prior to joining Prime Rock, he served as Director of Finance and Business Development for Hunt Oil Company where he was responsible for managing the company’s business development, acquisition and divestiture efforts both internationally and domestically. Mr. Conner began his career in the energy investment banking group at BMO Capital Markets in Houston where he helped advise E&P clients on numerous corporate advisory and financing transactions. Bobby graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters in Professional Accounting.
